24 Years Old, Should I get a Gastric Sleeve?

Hi, 

I'm 24 years old and my new PCP suggested I seriusly look into bariatric surgery. After doing some rearsearch I think I am intrested in the Gastric Sleeve. However, due to my age I am ont sure if its someting I should do.  Around 2-3 years ago I lost 60ishlbs (with help of Phentermine ) but  then over the couse of the last year I gaind most of it back, and have now lost 15lbs since the start of the year (naturally). My parents both strugle with thir weight and though I am young I have been on EVERY possible weight loss program, and been dieting my whole life. My Parents think I shold do it the natural way, but If i dicded to go through with surgery they would support me. So I guess I am  just looking for some advise from thoes who have been in my shoes before.
