"I had my one on one with Dr. Rabaza on July 13, I waited about two hours to be seen but it was o.k. the office staff is not very helpful they always seem to busy and don't take the time to help you . First I met Ketty the nurse practitioner "very kind" she asked me a few questions to get me ready to see Dr. Rabaza. When I met Dr. Rabaza he is very kind and Professional I had a list of 50 questions he was patient and answered each one he is very honest about the risks but he makes you feel very comfortable with the idea of having the surgery. His partners and him have an after care program they meet once a month at South Miami Hospital."
"I called Christina Nodar Miller for an appt. she gave me one for two days later on sat July 10, 04 which was great to be able to see her that quickly.I had to pay $300 for the visit because my ins. BCBS does not cover it Cristina was very kind she let me pay it in two installments. On sat when I arrived at 9:30 I only had to wait about 10 min. to be seen. She asked me a few questions she told me all about her experience with wls she showed me her pictures she looks great she was even having a small pastelito for breakfast she had her surgery done with Dr.Gonzalez which is the partner of Dr.Rabaza the surgeon that I am having the procedure with.She gave me a test that had 567 questions I took it in a room by myself I finished around 11:45 then she asked me a few medical and personal questions gave me an appt. for a few days later to pickup a report she has to prepare for the ins. company I was done at 12:00.When I picked up the report it was very impressive and professionally written I hope the ins. company is impressed.
