9 Wonderful years later!  I am 62 now.  A little older and a little heavier. I weigh 155 lbs at the present time.  My health is wonderful for a woman of my age and I still look pretty good for a 62 year young woman.  I still do not diet or exercise, I eat or drink what I want. " I know I should watch my diet".  That is my goal for 2010!  I am trying to retire so I will have more time to do something for myself...... 

A big thanks to Obesity Help for all the hard work they do:
(1)  Keeping  the public informed about this wonderful surgery is a big job.
(2)  You have keep track of my progress for the past 9 years of my personal journey. 
(3)  You remembered my Anniversary even when I didn't. 

This is my very personal saying " IF I WOKE UP FAT TOMORROW, I WOULD SELL WHAT EVER I HAD,  TO HAVE THIS SURGERY ALL OVER AGAIN!"
