"Dr. Hatch was immediately likeable. She is very down to earth and understanding. This impression has not changed over time. Her staff is also very fun and make you laugh. I was impressed by her willingness to educate me on every aspect of the surgery. Why she does what she does, the risks and statistics of how often something may happen. Immediately prior to surgery she came in to see my husband and myself and to try to allay any fears. I saw her after the surgery, the next morning and the following morning when she let me out of the hospital. She was very clear on what to expect and if I had any concerns, I could either call her or the RN who is on-call 24/7 from the weight management program (who had the surgery 3 1/2 years ago) I have been very impressed with the Billings program from day one and I continue to be impressed by the support and carrying that I have received from every staff member I have come in contact."
