"I finally had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Capehart. My first impression was a calm impression. I was not at all nervous. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her staff. She was a very pleasant person. A person would feel at ease the moment you enter the office wait area. She did not know much about my insurance carrier. Which wasn't a big deal. Cause I didn't know much about my carrier either. (hahaha) The least thing that I didn't like was that she informed me that alot of insurance companies only granted surgery to those who had major medical problems. But then she gave me a ray of hope. When she said that there are some that only wanted a letter from the primary care physican stating that they deemed it medically necessary. So I walked out of that office with a glimmer of hope. Since neither one of us had any dealings with my insurance company. It will be a wait and see. And if they do deny. I will be prepare to do whatever it take to insure that I do get this procedure done. Dr. Capehart seemed to be very knowledgeable regarding this procedure. And emphasised about aftercare and follow-up's with her. She did address any risk involved with this procedure. I would rate her a 8 out of 10. I feel that her surgical competency and bedside manner is both great so far."
