My journey for an healthier me started yesterday, I went to an seminar for weightloss surgery. I went in with the mindset I am definitely having the lapband surgery and not the bypass, but the more info I got, I became undecided. I did more research today on both and I feel the lapband is the best option for me. I research my ins requirements more and have found I do not have to do the 6 mth weighins as part of the requirements, I am really excited about this and hope maybe by the time all of my testing is done, I can have my surgery around Feb. My psychological appt is on 11-19-10. This is the beginning of an lifechanging experience for myself, I want to live healthier, I know it will be an challenge but I know I need to do this for myself not anyone else.
