good evening everyone

I was wondering how much iron we can absorb at once. I'm supposed to take 300 ml a day, and was wondering if I could take it all at once.

hello all.....I had a question, which might seem silly. I had surgery 10 days ago. I am following my guidelines of 30 ml every 15 minutes, and usually eat 1/4 cup steel cut oatmeal and 1/4 cup yogurt for lunch, 1/2 cup soup and 1/4 cup  yogurt for lunc

Surgery went well and I am back at home. The staff at Humber are the best and Dr. Hagen and Dr. Glazer could not have been nicer. Now on to figuring out how to get all my required water and protein in during the day. Thanks for all the supportive comme

It's finally here!!!! Surgery admission in 50 minutes. Got to say I'm not nervous, but am super thirsty so I am really looking forward to ice chips and water when I wake up

just wondering what kind of stool softener people used after surgery. We can't swallow ducolax, so is liquid lactalose an option?

So early this week I gained 1.5 lbs. I am on my third week of opti and have not cheated. Anyways I gained the weight for 2 days and today seem to have lost it. Just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this. Thanks and have a great day!

So I am at the end of day 10 of opti.....halfway there! But my cravings suck!  I haven't cheated, but seriously all I want is some peanut butter or a grilled cheese sandwich :). I think what I really want is just some real food with real flavour. Anywa

I have my pre-op appointment on Tuesday and was just wondering what to expect. TIA and have a great long weekend everyone. On a side note I have almost perfected an opti pina colada just in time to hang out with the fam this weekend :)

Quick question, I was told that I could flavour the opti with the same stuff used to flavour icing. Just the basic stuff you can buy at any grocery store. I was wondering if anyone else has used it. Thanks!
