First Fill

I had my first fill last Thursday and am on liquids again for a week.  I had lost a total of 31.2 pounds as of that day.  I haven't had any problems except that constipation thing that so many of us seem to endure.  An over the counter Kroger brand stool softner seems to help.  I am already reducing my blood pressure meds to less than 1/2 the dosage and my primary care physician has me taking my BP twice a day to see if I can stop taking the meds altogether.   That will be the first goal for me.

More good news.  I have a great-granddaughter born 1/27/09.  Gracelynn (Gracie)

Of course, I much too young for that but she is beautiful.  But, thanks to LapBand I may live long enough to see her grow up.
