"My first impression was that of warmth and that I had known him all my life. He is a "down to earth" sort, and very very passionate about his patients. He talked to me as an equal, in terms I could understand, and didn't need a rocket scientist to interpret for me. The selling point for me was the pre-cautions they take to prevent complications, and the stress they put on aftercare. At one point I asked a question about my thyroid meds in relation to WLS, and he told me he didn't know the answer but would find out for me. When he did, HE CALLED ME! The staff in his office is awesome. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and informed. They kept in close contact with me from beginning to end, emailing me, calling me, whatever it took to make sure I knew what was happening with my case. "
