I have been eating to many sweets lately and have only lost 1-2 lbs. Still I consider my band a success. I usually gain when I binge like this. My last fill is helping me get over this. It is tight. I am eating more like a bandster now so with more excercise I expect to start loosing weight again. It is truely controlling my portions just like everyone always said it would. Boy do I love my band!!!
