One year

 Over a year has passed since my surgery, no regrets at all, best choice I've ever made for myself.  I've lost 95 lbs. since my surgery and had lost 40 before.  I'd like to loose another 25 but even if I never loose another pound, I've regain my health.  No longer diabetic and off cholesterol meds and blood pressure meds are cut in half.  I weight less now than any other time in my adult life and I'm fit for the first time ever.  So many positive things has happened, no regrets at all.
