This is day 8 of my preop diet with 8days left before surgery in Dehli. I went back to work today and it was tough. I knew I always depended on a lot of coffee and that there is always food around, and it's always someone's birthday...I thought I could just handle it. Instead I got grumpy, more stuff I can't eat I thought...I stuck to my diet shakes...but my colleagues tiptoed around me coz I think I looked like volcano about to blow!

I can focus on the long term goal that I am exited and happy about, but for now I want to just sulk a little....then a little more...and maybe tomorrow will be better
