things I've noticed

Here are some of the things I have noticed or have had change.

- I am going to need new pants and shorts VERY SOON.
- I care less and less about food and meals
- I'm able to get my water in more and more which is exciting
- I am 105 pounds away from my ultimate goal of 125 pounds
- I have lost 32% of my excess weight since January
- I now have my IUD after 2 months of poor planning and my gyno being on vacation
- Leftovers are more and more yummy to me
- My right knee doesn't hurt as much lately [in the past it's been very sore and weak]
- I really don't want to have to use my cpap anymore
- This moodiness needs to end... NOW.

EDIT - 10:49pm CDT  7/19/09
- I am constipated and it SUCKS!!  My anus hurts from poopin.  I've started taking 2 generic Peri-Colate pills in the evening to help things move along.  I'm drinking at LEAST 64oz of water a day.  I can't eat that much folliage.  I just emailed my RNY Dietitian about it to see what she recommends.
- Sex is greater (it was great but now it's getting better. more energy, more flexibility, more desire)
- Lately all I've wanted to eat is Mexican dishes like shredded chicken enchilladas, refried beans.  Mmmm Cumin.
