I have not checked in since my surgery on 7/19/10.  The surgery went very well and have been feeling wonderful.  I am down 70 lbs since surgery and am off all meds...BP, Cholesterol, Diabetes 2.  Presently I am having some hair loss so hopefully that will let up soon. 
We are 3 days away from Thanksgiving so it will be the 1st since surgery and it should go well as meals have not been an issue.

I am scheduled for surgery on July 19th.  Can anyone give me easy hints for the days leading up to the surgery and and few day after going home!!!  Thank you!!
