Well surgery is scheduled for Feb 27. Very excited and a little nerveous. Guess that is to be expected. My daughter has her approval and sees Dr. Dyer on the l6th. She will get her date then. I hope it is really close to mine. I know we are going to be great support for each other. Wish us luck.

Well I am hoping to have surgery within the next month or two. My daughter and have been working on this since last May. We are hoping to do this together. I have alot of health issues but don't have as much weight to loose as she does. I need to loose about 85 lbs.
but when you are only 5ft 1in that is like another person. I would really
like to talk to someone who will be going thru this about the same time I am. I have already had my consultation with the surgeon, nutritional eval., psych eval. and all the paperwork has been submitted to Anthem. Now I sit and wait and hope for approval from ins.
