Things are starting to get alittle bit easier. I still have alot of pain but it is getting better. I think I am going to take a shower today. I have slept in my chair ever since the surgery and my hair is a mess. I have all kinds of knots going on back there. Well I think I am going to go lay back down. peace out

The day before

It's Christmas day and the day before surgery, I am excited. This is the best christmas present I could get. I have been working at getting this done for like 6 months and am very glad it's finally happening. My work has been really supportive too, I am off till Jan 2nd but if I need more time they said I can call and they will give me emergency vacation. They have also let me change my vacation days around that I already had scheduled to allow me to go to dr's appointments.

Getting Started

Well I just got back from my pre-op appointment. Three and a half hours, but hopefully it works out to be worth all the time. I am one of the lucky ones though, my insurance covers it. I am excited but nervous. I know I have my friends and family to support and help me, especially my mom. She has been really supportive. She had the surgery last November. I go back on the 22nd to talk to Dr. Wheeler and then they set the date. I hope I can get it done before the new year comes, but even if not, I am glad just to get it done. Well I guess that is all I have to say so tata for now.
