"This hospital was amazing. The staff were all extremely professional and personal. They made my husband feel welcome, made sure I was comfortable and well cared for. The nurses and aids were extremely polite and professional and always inquired about how I was feeling and how comfortable I was. The only thing that I feel needs some improvement would be the staff at the check in. There were not rude or anything just more robotic. They don't smile much and seem very bored with their jobs. Other than that, my experience at Herrin Hospital was amazing and I would highly recommend them."
