Day 1

OK, so surgery is done.  Not nearly as bad as I anticipated, just a little sore.  Surgery was at 8:30 and I was out of the hospital by 1pm.  I'm doing well, just really sleepy.  No hunger whatsoever, but find that I am mourning a loss of food as I watch my family eat!
