Trinity Hospital of Augusta

"St. JOseph is a small hospital si I didn't feel lost in the shuffle like I have in a bigger hospital. My room was at the very end of the hall--so it was quiet and the nurses were great. They were in & out to check my vitals--to see if I needed anything--to make sure I was getting up to walk--and to ask if my PCA pump was keepingmyn pain under control. No one was rude or disrespectful. They were all very noce to all of the visitors that I had, including my 4 sons (ages 17, 20, 21 and 22)."

Robert S. Hill

"I wanted to wait until after my surgery to make comments about my surgeon, Dr. Robert Hill. He was highly recommended to me by a very good friend, but I wanted time to form my own opinion. All I can say is that Dr. Hill is WONDERFUL! He is a very kind, sensitive and caring doctor. His bedside manner is great. From my first meeting with him I have felt completely at ease. In our first meeting he stressed the risks of surgery. He made sure I knew what I was getting myself into. He didn't try to scare me, he just wanted me to be well informed. The group of doctors that he is a part of has an extensive pre op and post op education program that is mandatory for each WLS patient. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Hill to anyone. And if faced with more surgery I would want Dr. Hill to be my surgeon. "
