6 years out...impossible!

Crazy how little I visit OH. And I have had so much to share.  Trying to remember where I left off.  At my two year anniversary, I celebrated my 25th wedding anniversary.  What a difference 4 years makes. I have since divorced determined to NEVER go down that road again and before I knew it, I was remarried and living in Vietnam!

My weight still fluctuates up and down the same 15 pounds.  I never did make my weight loss goal of 100 lbs but am still very happy with my results.  I am pretty good about exercising, mostly swimming and stationary bike about 5 times a week.  And one great thing about Vietnam is its proximity to Bangkok and plastics.  Last year I took the plunge and had a body lift to remove excess skin from my tummy, thighs, arms and neck with a breast lift.  

I am now married to one of my best friends from high school and having the time of my life. For the first time in my life, someone is taking care of me.   When I look back at my WLS journey, I know that all of the incredible things in my life now began when I decided to have my surgery.
