Good Morning and a Happy Re-birthday to you!!! I found this quote and just love it! When running up a hill, it’s alright to give up as many times as you wish – as long as your feet keep moving. By - Shoma Morita M.D. I can only imagine that your experience has been wonderful. Full of changes and new experiences. I can hardly wait to see what I look like and feel like one year out!!! Congratulations to YOU!!! If you have an opportunity, please stop by and update your profile! We’d all love to know how well you’ve progressed!!! Have a FANTASTIC DAY! RNY 10/31/03 down 87 pounds!!!

Hey Friends... Just wanted to give a quick update now that I am 3 week post-op. I am doing GREAT!!! Feeling like a million bucks. Good enough to travel to the east coast at the end of the week. I will return to work May 19th. Been added food....no problems with anything I have tried...just have to remember to slow down. I am not sure how much I am down....but I think it is around 22 pounds. I went on a bike ride yesterday...first time I have been on a real bike in 15 years. Didn't go far...but I went. It felt so good to have the wind blowing in my face. I have had an uneventful surgery...things have progressed wonderfully...and I would do this again in a heart beat. LIFE TRULY IS WONDERFUL!!!

In all things Remember, that the one above loves you, that He holds us all in his loving arms,He knows each of us by name.He said anything you ask for in "my name" will be given to you.So in His name I pray for you, that you be given strength, endurance, love, peace and most of all long life.In Jesus' name. When you wake up and see the faces of your loved ones in the recovery room, know that you have made it.Thank Him,Know that you have been blessed to see and to live out the rest of your days with the ones you love and the ones who love you.....Knowing that He loves you too. Happy soon to be ReBirthday.
