"My impression of Dr. Rumsey, was that he seemed very nice. He was also very caring and was able to answer all my questions. He asked me if I was there alone, and I told him my mom was with me so called her in and explained the surgery to her. He also answered all her questions. He told me I have to loose 25 pounds before the surgery. He talked to me about the risk of the surgery, and made sure that I understood what it involved. "
