"Very high enegy and positive ,yet tells it like it is. Doesn't gloss over the possible side effects and freely gives you his rates for complications. He is adament that this surgery is only a tool and that YOU determine how well it works for you. The only bad thing is he seemed so pressed for time that I felt he was a little rushed, yet in his defense, I was added on late. They keep very close tabs on you for the first 18 months and then you can choose how much support you need.I have worked for HP for years , but his office ALWAYS calls me back when they say they will and I get a real person on the phone when I call. I will update this after my surgery!"
