"I met with Ms. Blackwell 5-6-03. We started with getting my current weight. She gave me the Gastric Bypass Surgey Meal Plan and we reviewed each page and talked about each stage of the diet. She told me ho much I could have and exactly what I needed to eat and what I needed to do to maintain good health. She had measuring spoons, 1 oz. cups and measuring cups so that you can see exactly how much you will be eating. She had a lot of good ideas and said she is availale to answer any question me or my family may have. She works with 30 to 40 Bariatrc patients a month. "
