The beginning of my life journey.....let's see today is Jan 28, 2009 and just thinking of all the change that I have done and have to continue to make in order to get this weigh off.  Its easy to say that things are life changing but they really can be challenging.  Right now I have lost about 50 lbs and am still trying to lost some more weight.  Right now my journey is really long and I would just like some support.  So any suggestions?  Well all ears are open to the start of this journey.... TO BE CONTINUED!
