had decaf coffee for the first time.  Loved it.  familiar, not sweet.  Got up early and had  soup for breakfast.  Then took a shower, got dressed.  I'm feeling really good.  I experienced some pain in my abdomen.  Thought that was odd, but I did do child;s pose and cat/cow this am.  Thats' gonna cause some rearrangements and possible pain.  Felt hungry sometimes today.  Nothing unbearable.  Went to the movie with Leah and drank my crystal light water.   I'm not pushing...trying to be careful about that.

I am currently working the Beck Diet Solution as part of my pre-op behavior modification.  I love the plan.  Currently I blog at
