"I would not recommend this provider. This week I was making the final appointment required on the list of surgery prerequisites and was notified for the first time there is a $640 required fee paid for Nutritionist services. The office reportedly does not "bill out" for Nutritionist services which is fine. But they do not disclose this fee during the seminar or at any point until you are near the end of pre-surgery testing. When I asked the doctor to disclose all other potential fees which have not been disclosed I got a call from Angie telling me the dr thinks I should find another provider. If you are considering this dr ask lots of questions and get fees in writing so there are no surprises. Outside of that the Seminar is very short only explaining how the surgeries are performed. I've been to better providers its a shame I didn't use them when I had the chance. "
