I have a date! I will have my WLS on October 1st @ 9A.M. I wanted the LB but was only approved for the RNY. It's a bitter-sweet feeling because I am nervous, but excited about loosing the weight and feeling better. So, please keep in your prayers.

My Psyc Eval  was faxed over to my surgeon's office and now I'm just waiting anxiously for an answer.
My mother just became interested in the WLS for herself and is doing research.

 I am a bit nervous, but excited about getting the Lap Band. I don't like pain, but I know it will be worth it. I have finally decided to go for it! I've let everyone know what I am going to do and much to my surprise, I have my parents support!    With a  6 yr old who wants me to romp around and do things that I just am not physically able to do, I have decided that I want my life back, so here I am. I see there is alot of support in this community.I
