"I was very impressed with Dr. Facundus. He seems very knowledgeable and professional. He made me feel very at ease and comfortable. On my consultation visit, he understood that I had been doing months and months of research and didn't treat me like I was uneducated. He also didn't act like the details of the surgery were something a patient couldn't possibly understand - I really liked that! He was very down to earth, seemed compassionate, but yet straight forward and honest regarding the possible risks and complications.
Hunter at BWI is very knowledgeable as a nutritionist and I feel very at ease with him.
Stacy at Dr. Facundus' office has been wonderful in checking on things for me throughout the whole process and has always responded quickly! Susan, who is now handling insurance submissions, has been great and seems very organized. Melinda was very caring and compassionate at my office visit as well. Overall, I have been very, very pleased with Dr. Facundus and his staff and feel very confident in my choice of surgeons.

"The nurses that I had during my stay were all great. There was not one that wasn't responsive to anything I needed and they were very quick to respond as well. The anesthesia team was great, too. I have a history of having severe problems with being very, very ill due to the anesthesia and they did everything possible to make sure that didn't happen. I would have to say this was probably the easiest surgical experience I have ever had, mostly in part to the excellent care I received. "
