"Dr Miles was very nice and open. I think he's going to have a great bedside manner and easy to talk to. His office staff is also very nice and open to questions and concerns just as he is. I liked his willingness to listen to my questions and answer them openly and honestly. The thing I liked least was that he was in a hurry because he was so busy, but he did take time to answer any questions that I had. Aftercare is very important and emphasized throughout the conversation with Dr M. I am pre-surgery but so far I would give Dr M an excellent rating. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do this for me."
