Trying Something New

So, years ago I started on my weight loss quest and have had very little success.  I have a few friends who have encouraged me to use this website to help me and offer some encouragement and support.  I am not sure whether I would ike to have surgery or not, but I know I just can handle me at this size anymore.  I am 5'7 and over 265lbs.  I'm hoping to make some good connections and to get the support I am so desperately wanting!
