"I thought everyone was great. They did a wonderful job. The first night there, a nurses aide came onto her shift an hour late, and I think all the patients knew about it. Anything we needed, besides vitals, were postponed. Besides that one person, everyone was excellent."
"When I went to the first seminar I instantly felt comfortable with Dr. Steiner. When I finally got to meet him for the first time, I knew I made the right choice. He is very personable, and is obviously concerned with your well being. We chatted about our families. He shared pictures of his children with me. Also, my surgery was scheduled two days before Christmas, and he and Karen Hillenmayer got together and bumped up my surgery date to the 21st so I would be home before Christmas for my four girls. He went over the risks of the surgery, and was just great! "
