time out day 1

today is my first day of at least 30 days of the time out plan, i have done well today, i have drank my 3 shakes and so far so good. i got lucky i did not have to cook diner for my family as they have been sick and soup was all they wanted,, cant wait till the morning to weigh in, i know the 1st 7lbs are water weight but i will take what ever i can get off.....todays weight 202
