Congrats on your loss. I am just starting out on this whole process and it really helps to hear great stories like yours and others about what life will be like when we get down to our goals. I also am glad to hear you are able to eat well. I know that may sound funny, but im sure you can remember back to a time when you had a hard time eating certain foods and couldnt keep them down. well i am at that phase now, and cant wait to get to where you are. CONGRATS AGAIN.

What's up everybody thank you sooooo much for all the love and support that you guys have shown me, I am down 125lbs since November 2004 and I loving every minute of it!!
