"I was referred to Dr. Fullum (Howard University Hospital)by a co-worker who had the surgery performed a couple of years ago at Providence Hospital. I am having a revision on June 10, 2010. Dr. Fullum is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He is upfront with everything you need to do in order to have a successful surgery. The amount of information you receive on your first visit is amazing you have everything you need to know from beginning to end. He is definitely an expert in his profession. The staff are superb they and this is what makes the practice a successful one. I would highly recommend him and his staff. "
