"I met with Dr. Les Miles and his nurse Lisa Kuntz on January 31, 2003 for my initial consultation. The office staff was nice, but they were all incredibly busy. I only had to wait in the waiting room approximately 30 minutes or so. I was taken to an examination room and Lisa came in first and we discussed the surgery. She went over the procedure, the risks, the aftercare and what I should expect the results to be. After Lisa spoke with me, Dr. Miles came in. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I was scared because neither he nor Lisa downplayed the risks of this surgery. But he is an excellent surgeon and was very informative. Their program at Medical Center East is incredible and I would recommend it to anyone thinking of having the surgery. "
