2 weeks post op and I am down 14lbs....it is amazing how little food you can survive on, which only proves how much we overeat...

I am OK to go...looking forward to NOT being hungry...my stomach thinks my throat has been cut!
I am ready to have hunger not be the primary reason for eating. I am tired of food controlling me....

it seems like I am getting a little nervous. I can't seem to stop eating the things I should stay away from...you would think I would start thinking about changing my eating habits, but I guess it is the 'illness' that we all suffer from....nervous--you eat, stressed out---you eat, work too many hours---you eat....
I am ready for this cycle to stop.
...in the beginning there was not Obesity!

I have made the first step of the rest of my life. I have made the decision to have LapBand surgery and have scheduled a surgery date. February 15th can't get here fast enough however I guess I need time to mental and physical prepare.
