WOW, 
I have so much to ramble about. i am pregnant with record timing lol no i didnt wait the 6/8 weeks dr. told me to lol. well things r going gr8 ob dr. found a cyst but he opperated after 1st. trimester and that went gr8 cyst wz pretty big must have been 7lbs ask me tomarrow and it will b 8 or 9 lbs. baby is doing great i am almost 5 monthes now and feeling fine blood work was run on me to make sure baby is doing fine and that all came back w/an all clear. 
Weight loss well i wz 390 when this jurney began and now i bounce from 318-312 lbs so quite a bit i think since sergery was dec. 13th ans it's now may 29th. i cant take all the credit thou baby had me so sick that i wz in bed all the X and lost a lot of weight due to the morning sickness but i am still plugging along. need to update new pictures wow i can really see changes in my arms and in my face. bye 4 now

well sergery was 17 days ago and i can eat shreded turkey, tuna salad, water and more water, tomatoe juice, oh and i had a bite to eat of beans ummm yummie, i had an egg yesterday with cheeze and sour cream, i still love sour cream. i ate the whole thing and i yacked it was so good that i didnt stop at 2 tbl. spoons and that is my FILL zone for me 2 Tbl spoons. 
On a fantastic note i have lost 39.4 lbs yow..za thats what i said but i have been at an even 351.? lbs for about 4 days now i have stopped getting on the scale it's playing games that i dont feel like playing so i will check in with mr. scale tomarrow or the next day and do a preayer for some down ward movement.
On a not so good note... i have had noooo energy for almost 14 days now i got to sleep by 7pm and move my lumpy but out of bed by 9:30am i just cant seem to find energy frustrating because i know the weight will come off faster if i move a cheek or 2. more later...

    Well not bad the hotel was beutifull, the hospital spotless the nurses fantastic the language barierr minimal becouse me espaneol es poquito :) and as for dr. joya... i think he was worth every penny. he was much more handsome in person and he does have sergon hands flawless. nataliee human rlations/quardinator was real helpfull during the whole process. and me came out SWINgin i couldnt stand the idea of finally fetting sergery and killing over fom gas pain or a way ward blood clot so i walked right out of recovery. dont get me wrong it was 2 laps of a small hospital  but i was ok enough to do it and i did more thru the nite i was pretty bloated from the gass they used in sergery and it was making me nutz'o'.
  i started this adventure weighing in at a whoping 390 lbs. pre op i was 379 i just got on the scale and i weigh 370.4 not bad for 3 weeks. feeling great about that.
True feelings, i feel a little weak (like i'm not getting  enough nurishment to motivate) but who knows. i have been on clear liquds 6 days now and last nite i took 5 sips of an adkins shake. i felt better. i'm feeling a little naseua still and my tummie is lookin real good with minimal tenderness. my urine is orange/yellow, i drink about a liter of water a day mite not b enough. well thats it for now more next week.

  tomarrow is the big day and i'm all gittery i am so excited! and worried of course about leak's and pain and blood clots all the normal stuff that stopped me from getting this done sooner. but i know that olut of all my decisions this vertical sleeve is the best option for me and i will be fine. mabey next year i can go skiing with my family. wouldn't that be fun? i used to love it now i watch in the lodge because my leggs cant fit in boots and i cant get up off the floor by my self any more (bad knees). my daughter is so proud of me she lives with her father in cali and when i told her i couldnt call on sunday because i would be recovering from sergery she about lost it. she was so excited and proud she worries alot i cant wait i have lost 10+ lbs so far and i think it was all in my stomach it doesent rub the stearing wheel of my car any more. thank god that used to be pretty scarry....lol crazy driver trying to suck it in to turn left. well i think i will do some house work i have been venting for a while now and i should probably get bussy

i'm not going to think about it any more. i'm not going to wait for the fairy to sprinkle skinny dust on me... i'm holding my head up and taking strides tomarrow i will put the deposit on my serge4ry and fallow thru. tomarrow i am going to have a shake 4 breakfast, lunch and dinner????? 
   i can do this will power family and fellow swollen ppl.
