Well it has been almost six years since Dr. Morton changed my life. I wanted to update you all to how I look and my ever changing body. 

I am still on my journey so I will try to keep this updated.

I know it has been a very long time since my last blog.
I have been busy doing other things and some things fell between the cracks.
I just wanted to post my most recent photo. Hopefully I will be able to get back here and update you all on all the things that have been going on.

I am so sorry it has been a while since I have posted.
I have lost currently to date
117 pounds total.
That is 35 pounds since July 14th and over 100 since my journey last year.

I am doing much more by myself now, and am going out with out my wheelchair.  I shop at Wilmar alone now, and I am driving to the gym at least three to four days a week.

I had the great honor to meet Stacy from OH yesterday with her husband at our local Cracker Barrel.  We had a fantastic visit and I cannot wait to do it again soon!!!!

God bless you all for keeping in touch with me and I am so sorry I have been behind in keeping in touch.

I always said I never wanted to be one of those people that as soon as they lose the weight they never come back... because I haven't even really begun to lose enough yet.

So, I will do my best to keep you all up to date!!!

100 Pounds Gone Forever! Yep you read that right! I am celebrating!  I went to the doctor today and he was thrilled with my outcome so far.  He filled my band with 2.2 cc's of saline, which makes it 7.2 cc's so far. I felt uncomfortable when he was filling it too.  You have to take drinks of water and swallow and he was telling me to drink slowly... well it is water!! LOL It just goes down all on it's own.  But I did really well. Another shocker... I left the at home!!! I did all my walking today!!!! I also was given the green light to drive again!!! So YMCA HERE I COME!!!! Hugs and love to you all. Queen Tina

I feel really fantastic and I am still really sore.

well you really cannot tell I am that burned but I will tell you it OWIES!!!!!!!
