Apprehensive

I started my 6 month supervised weight loss program in May 2011.  I've been successful losing about 75 lbs.  After a couple of back and forths with Cigna I am approved for 2/28/12.  I am scared about the changes I will have to make and the effect it will have at home.  I know from past history that if I don't go through with it I will gain my weight back.  I have three grandchildren with one on the way.  I want to see them grow.
