Wow the time has flown by.
I have to admit I gained weight back due to my own not worrying about myself and taking care of my mother. I became very sedentary and packed on 40 lbs over 7 years. ...

4 years yesterday. Wow! still holding at a great w - Well it's now been 4 years. Where does the time go? But I am thrilled to say I am still at my goal. 150 lbs.
Would I do it all again? You bet your @$$ !
