So happy and so proud of myself. Also thank you to everyone on OH, reading everyones posts a couple times a day keeps me on track. So 77 pounds down and my BMI started at 62.3 and now it's down to 50.3
5 week post op - BMI reduction

Hello all, I finally logged my current weight and got the tracker going. Surgery 7/15/14 - 5 weeks out 8/19/14, loss of 30 pounds -- WOOT WOOT - So my BMI started at 62.3 and it has dropped to 57.6 already, that was an awesome victory. It feels so good to see that BMI go down in the 50's, versus 60's. Life is awesome, I have more zest for life as each day passes.
