One year out

Well it's been a year since my re-birth, and boy has my life changed. I have and stress to everyone to follow your doctors orders and this re-life will work for you. I went from my heaviest at 430lbs to under my own personal goal of 220lbs in less then a year. I am at 205lbs now and my with my body size my doctor doesn't want me under 190lbs. I am guessing that iI have about 30lbs of loose fat and skin. At my local weight loss support groups, they get mad ( kiddingly) at me cause I never stalled. But men will drop it off faster. All I did was folllow the doctors bible. I personally find it harder trying to find a balence from losing. My energy increased days after my operation to where I want to do stuff. Went from baby steps walking around the house to challengeing myself to go a few feet more every two days. To now where I can run 2-miles in a half an hour on a treadmill.
