"My first impression of Dr. Bistolarides was a good one, his bedside manner was very warm and responsive and somewhat personal. He was very knowledgable about the procedure and what to expect and not to expect. I had to see the Doctor again 6 months later, due to time lag of approval, and I must say the Dr. was just as nice and personal as he was on my initial visit. because of this site I was able to ask more questions then before
and express my concerns, which the Dr. addressed with a great deal of knowledge, which left me with a good and confident feeling. I would recommend him highly. As far as the staff, I again say it was very professional. I was given all of the information I needed as far as what to expect prior to my surgery date of 2-9-01 and I am very please so far. I am glad I have experienced surgical competence,as well as bedside manner. So If I dont get to see the dr. after surgery I think he made of up for it before with the time he took with me on both occassions. On a negative point of view, I had a difficult time getting the office to return some of my calls right away, but that's the only problem I experienced."
