I start my liquid diet tomorrow. I have everything pretty much bought to last me the 2 weeks until my surgery.

I am looking for ideas of things i should take to the hospital with me, and things i should have at home to make my transition easier.

Any ideas will help. I hope these next 2 weeks go by fast.

I am so excited. I got the call from my doctors office yesterday to set up my surgery. I have my surgery set up for December 3rd at 9am with check in at 7am. My pre op appt is Nove 18 with my liquid diet starting on Nov 19th. I am really not looking forward to having to be on a liquid diet over thanksgiving, but I am strong and will make it through this.... My post op apt will be on Dec 11.


I am really getting nervous now because I date. I am waiting to make a list of places I want to eat at before I start my liquid diet. I also want to start a list of NVS I want after surgery. Is this to much to do?



Any sugesstions about anything? I am having the RNY..
