Everything is great.  I am 3 lbs from my 100 mark.  I feel great, think great, and act great.  Married life is wonderful.  I am truly blessed.  I have had no complications.  I am still eating small quantities at each meal.  I mostly am never hungry.  The few times I have felt hungry I eat 1/3 of a banana or similar and the hunger is gone.  I don't drink protein shakes at all.  I do admit that i cheat more than i should on snacks, i know i am not suppose too.  I have chips for a snack once in a while or my favorite a "peanut butter cup".  But I am happy with my size 10-12 self.  I am wearing medium size tops.  shopping is a blast.  i get alot of compliments.  People i haven't seen in a while take double looks and ask if i am who i am.  it's great.  my excess skin doesn't bother me, it really isn't too bad.  If i had money i would probably do my arms, but like i said they don't bother me much.  my tummy doesn't bother me, but a tuck probably won't hurt.   ha ha ha i guess it would hurt...lol. but i would be fine if i don't do it.  I know my slow weight loss at this point is from snacking and i never stayed on the wagon about exercise.

I am finally online to update my life.  Well obviously i didn't stop loosing.  I am now down 82 lbs.  YEAh!!!!!.  I also met the Man of my dreams , he is my soul mate.  I now understand people who tell me they are so so so in love.  We are getting married 4/13/08.  I will update with pics when i have some more.  The weight loss has been exciting. I haven't had any complications  .  I haven't ever thrown up.  I get nauseus once in a while, but it passes with time.  I still only eat 2-3 oz at a meal.  I am never hungry.  I have craved snacks occasionally and I eat a small snack and then fine for a week or two.  By the way my wedding dress that i ordered is a 14 and it has to be taken in......smile..... I was size 22 pants, now size 12, 2xl top, now medium to large depending on the shirt.  My bras are all way too big, love it. I feel great, i have lots of energy .  I have no complaints about the excess skin yet.  I don't feel the great need to have plastics, maybe a breast lift if i have extra money but not urgent.  We will see.  I should be doing exercise more often but I have gotten so busy with work and my new love (Steve) that unfortunately exercise comes at the bottom of the list. Anyway this was a quick note, gotta get back to work.  Have a great day....

Has my weight loss stopped?   I haven't lost weight for 10 days now. I am so worried that I am done losing. I know 57 lost is great, but I am not ready for it to be done.  Has anyone else just stopped losing weight 4 months out?  I am eating the same, and worried I will stop eating (i know that doesn't make sense) OMG, is this as good as it gets?

It is so much fun now......I wear pants 16 and xl to l tops, was 22 pants and 2x top.  I am finding so much to wear.  I am careful cause I know i will lose more and don't want to waste $$$.  I am having a blast.  Eating was very difficult on vacation, couldn't find much to eat.  made some bad choices and paid the pain in the banana, was nauseas alot this past weekend.

THE SCALE SAYS  .........DRUM ROLL.......199........YES MY FIRST GOAL WAS TO HIT BELOW 200 BEFORE MY NEXT VACATION.  I AM LEAVING ON A PLANE TONIGHT AND MY GOAL WAS MET.  I AM SO EXCITED.  MY FOOD IS GOOD.  I EAT 2-3 OZ OF OATMEAL WITH PROTEIN POWDER IN THE MORNING WITH COFFEE, 3 OZ FISH/OR CHICKEN LUNCH.  1/2 OF A LEAN CUISINE FOR DINNER OR 2 OZ CHICKEN.  SF PUDDING FOR DESSERT.  I AM HAPPY HAPPPY, STILL WORKING ON GETTING MY WATER AND VITAMINS IN.   I FEEL GREAT.  I LOVE MY VSG.

I am down to 204.  4 lbs away from one-der-land.  My 1st goal was to get under 200 before my next vacation.  I have 9 days to lose 4 lbs I am going to North Carolina on 11/15, i think i can do it.  Food and fluid is all good.  No appetite, i still forget to eat sometimes, but i was told by MD that is bad.  I started to work out again 3 times a week.  I actually like to do it.

In 3 days I will be 2 months out.  I am down a total of 38 lbs.  I do have trouble getting the water in.  I am still only eating protein.  I tried vegies and it suited me well.  I am afraid to eat too much vegies because I might not get enough protein in .  I fill up fast and I don't want to start eating more often than 3xday.  I think that starts grazing all day and I want to avoid that. I have not had one complication.  I feel great.  I have learned that my new tummy won't accept mayonnaise, tuna or my favorite soup broccoli/cheddar.  Oh well.  I have gone from size top 20/22W to 14W.  Pants 2XL to XL.

Once in awhile I am too full to eat dinner so I finish with protein shake and it is satisfying.  I do have trouble with getting my vitamins in some make me nauseus.  I wil keep trying.

I LOVE MY VSG.

I am doing much better.  My appetite was short lived.  I do notice that i have to be sure to stay ahead of my hunger.  So I force myself to eat cheese between meals.  My current meal intake is Breakfast:  coffee, yogurt.  snack:  cheese cubes (2), lunch :  Pollo tropical chicken bnls breast 3/4 of it.  dinner:  1-2 chicken strip.  SF pudding for dessert.  The liquid is hard to get in, i am getting bored of tea/water and all the the other stuff.  I miss my diet coke.   Weight loss is slow but it is going down.

Today is a bad day.  I seem to be hungry all day, fortunately for my beautiful sleeve i can't participate too much.  This is the 1st time if feel like I can eat a cow a horse and all the farm animals.  I hope this passes.  It is too early to have such an appetite.  I tried my hobbies and keeping busy.  I drank alot of water and protein drinks.  Well hopefully this will pass.  I weigh in on Monday, I really hope i see loss.  I joined a gym and i love it, got a personal trainer and have a routine.  I have been going everyday for atleast cardio workout, it feels great.

loosing slowly

i feel like i am loosing to slow, but i know it is better than gaining.  Maybe i should start some real exercise instead of just walking.... I went to the store bariaticeating.com , it was great, they let me sample anything and everything, spent alot of $$$ for high protein foods.  I wish there was one in WPB.....
