My name is Kellie, 27 yrs old from Mass! A mother of three been married for 6 yrs to a great man. I started thinking about surgery about a year ago, I never really thought of myself as fat! Hmmm... I was always the class clown, oftening uses my wise remarks and laughter to hide the feelings I had about my weight. It was recently when my oldest son wanted to go to the park and I couldn't keep up with him, and when my other kids would remark on my weight, that i actually for the first time noticed how overweight I was. I would have to sit at tables in restaruants because I can barely fit in the booths. I can never walk upstairs without being totally winded. My god I thought! I am only 27! I have so much more life to live...So, I went to meet with Lahey Clinic a few weeks ago and now here I am starting my journey...
