Shirley has had her surgery. Unfortunately, there are complications. She remains in ICU and is intubated and on a ventilator. A pulmonary speicalist is on the case. Shirley will remain sedated until at least tomorrow. Please keep her in your prayers. She has waited for this so long, I hope God sees fit to give her a chance at the quality of life she aches for so. I will update her profile as I recieve information. Her niece, Michele

I had surgery with Pettine on the 7th. He is very conciderate, and good! I came through this surgery with flying colors. I think you will have the same success. Not much pain (except for joints) and to the date, sept 18th, I have not gotten sick. I am wishing you the very best of luck Shirley. Carol A from OH
