March Update.....

Well I'm moving right along, I got on the scale today and it said 279.4, so that is a total of 66 lbs gone since surgery and 81 lbs from my highest weight of 360 in April 2009. I'm enjoying my tool everyday, I almost like a preacher when it comes to my tool, spreading the good news letting others know where I came from and where I'm going.
