Can't belive its been a year down to 155 from 270.  My BMI is 25.7, normal is 24.9... GEEESSS it is ever gonna get there. Anyway all is good.  I'm in a size 9/10 pant and a large shirt.

160 even, want a jouney this has been.  I can't beleive it has been almost a year.  110 pounds lost forever!  10 more to go to be at my goal.  Let's see what the body thinks about that.

Well, lets see.... My weight lose has slowed down, but my body is still changing. I'm at 163.. Hurry up 150.  Got married on 2/23/08.. posted new pics of me.

Just an update, Currently 167, thats a BMI of 27.8.  17 monre to go to be at a normal weight!!! Yea for me... Can't wait till summer at the lake this year!!!

All most 7 months out 175, 5 more to go to reach my 100 pounds lost. BMI 29.1 overweight now! 25 to go to reach normal.... Noraml here I come!!!

Well, I did it, lost 5.5 this weeks... Just had to get my butt moving!  182 = Total 88 lost.. Yea for me!!!  I am feeling so much better.  No problems to report! BMI 30.3  Three more sticken points before I'm Overweight.

Well time is flying by thats for sure.  I'm at 187.5 thats a BMI at 31.1.  Getting a little scaried, I gained .5 pounds this week.  Time to start exercising!!  Tonight I'm going to do it!! I have to FOR ME!!  Had my 6 month check up, all blood work came back normal.  I can eat just about anything without getting sick.  I better be carefull not to fall back into bad habits..  I'm in a size 16 pant from a 24-26 and in a x-large shirt from a 3X.  I'm so happy that I had this surgery but now it's up to me to take care of myself and use this tool that I was givin properly.  I CAN DO THIS!! Hello All,

Just checking in, not much of a blogger (I guess thats the work for it).  I'm at 190 and my BMI is 31.6 thats a total of 80 pounds gone forever!!  Almost in the over weight category.  Everything is going well. 

BMI = 34.3 --- YAH!!!! Getting There!!!

Next Monday will be 16 weeks and I'm down to 207 this morning... 8 more pounds and I'll be in the 100's.... HUMMMM I think the last time I was in the 100's was over 20 years ago and it was for a very short time... Food and protien getting better... Now if I would just get off my ass and excersize!!!!!
